Even more colors for the Pentax K-x

Not happy with black, white, red and blue colors for your next camera? Pentax Japan decided to go even further and allow you to customize the camera body with a wealth of different colors for the plastic body and the hand grip.

What about a camo pattern ? Would be more appropriate for wildlife shootings.

Black grip and (dark) green body would be a good approximation, right?

Nota bene: I forgot to make it clear that the configuration web site address is http://www.camera-pentax.jp/k-x/#/simulator/040401

As a would-be-camo, dark green with brown grip would look like this:

Those guys see no limit. This is ugly as hell.

Of course, some of the combinations may be quite funny or ugly (how could I refrain myself from trying the most outrageous ones?)

What really amazes me is how they are going to manufacture cameras with such a diversity. In industrial terms, high configuration flexibility does not sleep well with large quantities. And, still, the Pentax K-x is a wide-market SLR camera, not a high-flying luxury exception.
