what diodes does he use and what chip is the one on the box ?
Use 1N4148 diodes (same as LL4148 or the SMT TS4148). They are perfect for the application and sustain 75V which is more than enough for the application.
As for the “chip”, why not look at the schematics? It’s clearly the RL1 relay.
