If you want to create automatically, your own Photoshop cheat sheet including your changes to the default configuration, you can use the following “trick”:

1. Press Ctrl-Alt-Shift-K
2. Push the Summarize... button and save the .htm file on the desktop.
3. Open the saved file with your prefered web browser (Opera, Firefox, Safari, Chromium, …)
