But it is already possible to describe most of its characteristics from what has been leaked in the recent hours.

  • Continuous shooting: 3.7 frames/s
  • 3″ LCD screen, orientable
  • Digic IV processor
  • full HD video, with “video snapshot mode” to grab a photo in mid-video
  • Autofocus: Improved LiveView AF
  • Electronic Level
  • New in-body flash or newly styled flash
  • Improved menu system, with easier newcomer assistance

This kind of camera would serious competitor even for the Canon EOS 60D which should stay much higher priced than the Canon EOS 600D.

For those who still doubt about this camera existence and the immediacy of its launch, there was a serious leak of the Canon EOS 600D (in a Korean Regulatory Agency listing).
